Amborela Return & Exchange Policy
I want to help you find the perfect Amborela painting for your home. When your painting arrives consider how it looks in relation to your furniture, colors, and décor. If a painting is not a good fit for your space, please contact me to arrange a return or exchange.
Some Amborela paintings can be made in larger sizes. You can exchange your painting for credit towards a larger painting made in the same style. I can send you a quote for a size upgrade if a larger size is an option. It takes up to 2 weeks to create a painting before it is ready to ship.

How to Make a Return
- Contact me within 30 days after you receive the painting to let me know you will be returning a painting.
- Ship the painting back to my studio address listed on the box’s address label.
- Receive a full refund to your account within 24 hours of when I receive the painting.
How to Make an Exchange
- Contact me within 30 days after you receive the painting to let me know you want to exchange the painting.
- Ship the painting back to my studio address listed on the box’s address label.
- The replacement painting will ship once the returned painting arrives at Amborela. If the painting needs to be painted, expect up to 2 weeks before it is ready to ship.
Keep the box and packing materials when you open your order until you know your painting is a good fit for you space. If you need to pack a return with texture or multiple canvases, refer to the sections for packing textured and/or triptych paintings. on the How to Pack Amborela Artwork page.
